DLF Ltd has clinched the deal to develop an integrated town ship on 95 acres at Durgapur in the heart of the city. It is a public-private participation (PPP) project with investment up to Rs 4000 crore and to be completed in four years.There were about 30 Companies who submitted their 'Expression of Interest'. With this project, the Company reinforces its strong commitment for West Bengal. The company is developing around 5000 acre township and a textile SEZ at Dankuni, two IT parks at Rajarhat, luxury, budget hotels and service apartment in Kolkatta.
